The philosophy of Codepeople: A company isn’t there for itself but for the employees. Therefore, there are only motivated professionals working at Codepeople who keep surprising customers. For Codepeople this is also the reason why an in-depth relation with both customers and employees is so essential.
Codepeople emerged from Test People, another company that was founded under the flag of GGD Investments. The employees of Test People indicated that they wanted to grow within the software development. Therefore, they decided to found a new company. One of the main reasons GGD Investments was also willing to invest in this start-up, is the fact that software, and therefore software development, is an increasingly important part of products, services and solutions.

Intellify originates from Testpeople, one of the other GGD Investments participations. Pieter Gruyters originally started as a software tester at Testpeople; throughout his assignments, he got more involved in the world of data. He decided that he wanted to pursue this field further. Testpeople does not focus on analysing data. This is the reason that Pieter and Testpeople launched Intellify.
One of the main reasons for GGD Investments to invest in this start-up is that GGD embraces this development of turning data into powerful strategic information.
